I started playing guitar when I was 16.  Before that I took 2 years of trumpet.  My main goal was to start a band and tour the world.  Well I got the band together and we did some shows over the years, didn't quite tour the world, but it was an experience, nevertheless.  This was my main experience in music.  Writing songs and playing guitar.  I recently started writing more orchestral stuff as it translates rather well from guitar.  I decided to make that music free to use, following the footsteps of Kevin MacLeod.

 

 

Most of my songs are written on guitar first.  It usually starts off as a metal song that a band would play.  However, I do write a lot of melodic riffs and so it translates well into, say, a violin, or a french horn.  From there I just build up the whole song until I am satisfied.



Now the reason I want to give all my music away for free is because it's a faster way to let people know about you and your music.  There's no hassle involved at all, I simply write a song and post it online.  It's a great way to express creativity and let others hear the creations you've made.

 

I hope to get a lot more songs up in the near future.  For now, this will be the start of my collection.
